Substitutes — ordinary conditions hold. Watch — one field is already the weak channel. Does not substitute under stress — exit, cash, crowd or basis would not survive a pledged exit against a thin book.
Transfer-agent and issuer disclosures, public on-chain holder tallies, published cut-offs, and venue eligibility notices. Holder counts are lower bounds. They are used as concentration evidence, not as a census.
Recalibrate the print when a cash rail, a cap, or a pledge window changes. Do not recalibrate because TVL moved.
